Coworking

Code & Supply co-working offers professionals in our community a place to work in a productive and comfortable setting. We've tailored our space to remote software workers, freelancers, and startups, but we are not exclusive to them.

Our current optimal touring hours are within two hours of the start of a C&S Meetup. View currently-scheduled events here on Meetup. Alternatively, weekend tours are available most weekends. Please do not come without an appointment or invitation; staff is unavailable for unexpected tours.

5648 Friendship Ave, 3rd Floor
Pittsburgh, PA 15206 USA
Open 24/7. Visitors by appointment only.

The Code & Supply Workspace is open to visitors by special appointment. Email workspace@codeandsupply.co to schedule a visit. Please do not come with out an appointment or invitation: you may be turned away if you are unexpected and no one is present who can assist you.

The Code & Supply Workspace offers software professionals in our community a place to work in a productive and comfortable setting.

Along with standard shared amenities, because the Code & Supply is a strong community, the Workspace offers an opportunity to learn from each other in a collaborative environment. We regularly host events and encourage members to participate in a weekly lunch and learn to share skills across businesses in a way that isn't possible in a standard office. We hope that our community first pricing and atmosphere will set us apart from other coworking spaces and make you feel like you are amongst friends when you become a member.

FAQ

Is C&S only for software professionals?

Our space is geared towards software professionals, but it is not exclusively for them. We've had bookkeepers, artists, authors, accountants, lawyers, and others. If you like a quiet working environment, C&S is for you!

Can I bring guests?

Yes, with some caveats. You are responsible for your guest's compliance with our Conduct Policy. Your guest may only use those resources that your own membership includes. You must be accompany your guest at all times, except in the restroom, obviously. You may not give your keys to anyone. Each paying workspace member may host an individual guest up to twice per month. If your needs are more frequently than that, we can probably work with you, contact us at workspace@codeandsupply.co to discuss your needs. It's best to consider a membership, though.

What is the process for onboarding new membership?

New members generally tour the workspace before subscribing, but this is not required. If you choose not to tour, please contact us about availability if you are interested in a resident or private office membership, as our space for these is limited.

After subscribing, new members must email workspace@codeandsupply.co to schedule an intake appointment. That appointment will be brief and will require a scan of a new member's photo ID showing name, photo, and date of birth. A state-issued ID such as a driver's license, a school-issused ID, or a passport are ideal documents for this. C&S will retain this scan for security purposes. Once a new member has paid and we've scanned their ID, we'll issue a numbered key set. You will then complete the online key registration form so that we can track which keys are yours should they be lost or when you return them at cancelation time.

What is the process for offboarding after cancelation?

Members may cancel at any time through Edit Membership. Membership is valid through the date provided by the latest membership payment notification or the cancelation confirmation. Upon expiration of the membership, the former member must return their keys immediately. Please return keys by placing them in an envelope with the member's name on it and dropping the envelope in the key return box in the Abstractions Lounge. It looks like a stop sign and is probably inside the network closet on the wall or door. Let workspace@codeandsupply.co know when you've done so so that we can ensure we secure the keys promptly. Your membership is not considered fully canceled until your keys are returned. Failure to return your keys within 72 hours may result in reactivation of your membership at your most recent rate. If you drop the envelope in the lobby mailbox, you are responsible for them if they go missing between drop-off and when we get them.

What is the process for correcting billing issues?

We want to ensure that all members are correctly billed. For all billing problems, including being charged after cancelation, please email support@codeandsupply.co. Please do not file a dispute with your payment card without exhausting all available support options, as disputes are costly for our small business to resolve.
