Photography and videography policies, release, and waiver

By registering for and attending a Code & Supply event, you consent to be photographed and recorded, video or audio or both, by photographers and videographers approved by Code & Supply. You consent that your name, identity, participation in the event, and any other fact provable by appearance in such media may be revealed therein by display of the media, descriptive text, or commentary. You release all rights to exhibit these works in print and electronic form publicly or privately. You waive any rights, claims, or interest you may have to control the use of your identity or likeness in whatever media used.

Code & Supply may provide a wearable marker, such as a green wristband, for attendees to indicate that they do not wish to be captured. Code & Supply directs its photographers not to take pictures of individuals wearing the marker as long as the marker is clearly visible on the individual. Code & Supply may still publish media that includes individuals wearing the marker when the appearance is at a wide angle or when a wearer's unique features, such as their face, is obscured.
