Refund Policies

Membership and Workspace Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances, except for the following:

  • You have been a member for less than a week and decide that membership not for you.
  • You changed your Workspace membership within two weeks of joining, upgrade or downgrade, in which case we'll refund the original payment in favor of the new subscription payment.
  • You were not able to cancel using your membership page and emailed support@codeandsupply.co but we did not act before your payment was extracted.

C&S may reactivate canceled Workspace memberships if the keys are not returned within 72 hours of cancelation. No refund will be given unless the canceling member can prove the keys were returned on-time and according to the current offboarding process.

Event Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given under any circumstances, except for the following:

  • A conference CFP speaker who already purchased a ticket and would prefer a refund instead of donating the ticket to the scholarship pool or transferring it.
  • A special refund policy has been established for an event because of a clear and present danger to the health and safety of attendees AND the event is canceled and not rescheduled.
  • An event scheduled only on Meetup.com with an event fee is canceled or or rescheduled, as required by Meetup.com policy. We would prefer to credit you, though.

If you are unable to use your ticket, we recommend one of the following:

  • Sell your ticket for not more than your purchase price
  • Give your ticket away to someone you know
  • Give your ticket to the scholarship pool and be recognized as a scholarship donor

Each event ticketer may have different processes for transfering tickets. Please inquire with them about how to change the information on yours. All transfers are subject to availability. Not all ticket types may be transferrable.
